Clubs and committees offer extra-curricular activities for the students to share their time and talents. When student join clubs and committees they have the opportunity to work with others and strengthen their social skills.

Holy Family School and Chess Scholars present an after school Chess Club with professional instruction. There are three sessions offered throughout the year for children in grades 1-8. Classes meet on Tuesdays from 2:45 – 3:45.
The Holy Family Liturgical Choir is a choral ensemble that supports the liturgical prayer of the school. The choir is open to students in grades 3 through 8 with the primary focus of singing at the school liturgies on Friday mornings as well as any holy days or special Masses that the school participates in.
The choir rehearses weekly on Wednesdays from 2:45-3:30. During the rehearsal students are actively working on music that will be sung at Mass with enhancements such as hand bells or percussion instruments. Students in 5th grade and up are invited to serve as vocal leaders and sing from the cantor microphone in the front of the music ministry area during Mass. The children in the liturgical choir enjoy praising God with their voices in song!
The Holy Family Student Council is a student-run organization composed of representatives from 6th-8th grades, a President, a Vice President, and a Secretary. The students in grades 6-8 elect the members of the Student Council each Fall. Mrs. Shemaitis is the faculty member in charge of Student Council.
The Student Council members sponsor social and philanthropic activities throughout the year. Each year the students promote the charitable activities of other organizations and the Parish with the student body. Each January the students select a charity and organize a collection to donate to the charity in need as part of the Catholic Schools Week celebration.
The Student Council also promotes our buddy program where a student in 4th through 8th grade is paired with a student in Pre-K through 3rd, as a Buddy. Student council suggests activities the students can participate in together. The annual Catholic Schools week pep rally, featuring the spirit stick competition and the basketball game between the 8th grade parents and 8th grade students, and out of uniform days are also sponsored by the Student Council students.
Smart Art is an after school drawing class held on Thursdays from 2:45-3:45. There are three sessions offered throughout the year for students in grades K-5.
